Ronnie Radke is determined to clear his name and figure out who catfished Brittany Furlan! And the next step to prove his innocence amid the massive scandal? It’s filing a lawsuit! You read that right! A lawsuit!

According to TMZ on Saturday, the Falling In Reverse frontman sued multiple John Does — AKA the alleged catfishers — earlier this week. Ronnie alleged that since at least April 2025, someone who he identified as John Doe 1 has been impersonating him on Snapchat for “purposes of harming, intimidating, threatening and/or defrauding” others.

He is also suing someone identified as John Doe 2 — but they may or may not be the same person as John Doe 1. In the filing, Ronnie claimed John Doe 2 posed as him on Instagram with the same goal of defrauding others. The singer mentioned in the lawsuit that he does not know the identities of the alleged catfishers, which is why he is taking legal action against them under the fake names until he can determine who they are.

Speaking to TMZ, Ronnie went on to explain that the suit is the first step in his plan to subpoena Snapchat to get the metadata and IP address he needs to prove he never messaged anyone. That includes Brittany. As we’ve been reporting, the rapper claimed Tommy Lee’s wife fell in love with someone impersonating him on Snapchat — and that’s what caused the two to nearly break up last year. Ronnie has vehemently denied ever contacting Brittany and said the FBI even got involved amid the scandal because other women also got “tricked and duped” by the same person.

However, the Vine star does not buy a single word he says. Last weekend, Brittany insisted she was talking to the real Ronnie — and alleged he interacted with underage fans inappropriately as well. After reigniting their drama, Ronnie filed a temporary restraining order against Brittany on Monday, accusing her of harassing him online. She allegedly even went as far as to show up at his home and doctor’s appointment. A judge denied the TRO, but the two are scheduled for a hearing later this month. Now, there’s a lawsuit involved! Wild! Who would’ve thought we’d be here when the catfishing scandal first broke? Ronnie told TMZ he does not want any money, just evidence to show that he never contacted Brittany.

Wow. He’s pulling out all the stops to set the record straight once and for all. What are your reactions to the latest update in the scandal, Perezcious readers?
