Good news. August Burns Ed releases a new single called “Exhumed” on September 13th. Strange news! The single is released via August Burns EdABR Records own label and not SharpTone Records. So I guess August Burns Ed now an independent group?
August Burns Ed released their 2023 album Death below Through SharpTone Records, but released some live material and Level: 10th Anniversary edition through their own ABR Records. So this will be the first release of new music independently exclusively August Burns Ed.
There is also the arrival of new music August Burns Ed releasing a re-recorded version of their 2005 debut album Thrill Seeker. According to the vocalist Jake Luhrs The re-recording in the latest Instagram post is currently underway and has no release date.
“So we’re in the studio, day one of recording Thrill seekerand actually I’m really, really excited about recording this record since when I first heard it Thrill seeker Not being in a band, obviously from South Carolina, I was just blown away by this album,” he said.
