Swedish metal supergroup Cyhra appeared to be in high spirits after fighting off a would-be thief who tried to break into the band’s tour bus last night Joachim “Jake E” Keelyn managed to fend off the person who was trying to break into their shared tour van with Evergreen, however, the strange thing is that their management company, Blue Lemon Management, turned around and quickly made a press release about it.
A lot of times, you’ll just hear about what happened because the band took to social media to tell fans about it, which makes sense PRP: Reads a press release, like the kind of thing bands usually send out to promote a new song or album. They even have quotes from the band members. It’s like they tried to write their news about it, and if I were a lazier writer i could just copy and paste their statement and make it my article.
“The incident happened while the bands were performing to an enthusiastic crowd in LuleĆ„,” the statement said. “When? Rickard ZanderEvergrey’s keyboard master, returned to the tour bus, he discovered an unknown person while collecting stolen goods. The suspect had already collected the computers and drinks from the bus and was ready to escape. However, this is where the situation took a dramatic turn.
“In a bold move, Cyhra’s frontman, It’s Jakefought with the would-be thief and held him until the police arrived.”
It’s kind of weird bragging to post a statement congratulating yourself and bragging about your own “bold move,” but hey, I guess it’s no weirder than making your own stab shirts.
