Harley Quinn He’s given many costumed looks since his debut as a DC Comics character, with his jester suit being his first and most recognizable set of spandex that fans can’t get enough of. Wearing this red and black outfit and over the years (depending on what Harley’s mindset was at the time), A new cosplay brings Harley’s Harlequin design to vivid life, proving it could easily work in DC’s rebooted film universe.

The end seems to find the top way, with this particular Harley Quinn look being no exception.
Dons his original jester costume again in this Harley Quinn inspired cosplay film
Cosplay Design by Amanda (@pixiequinncosplay)
A dress with two origins – one from Harley’s debut Batman: The Animated Seriesand one from his first serialized comic appearance in 1999 Batman: Harley Quinn #1 – Harley’s black and red jester suit marks her time working for and in a relationship with the JokerHarley was barely dressed after freeing herself from mr. I’m impressed. Given a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameo within the DCEU Suicide Squad Film, this costume, outside of the cosplay community, has not been seen in the real world, with Amanda’s take on it being one of the best.
Photographed by @wdlee00, Amanda poses with a light smile and obvious mischief in her gaze, her platinum blonde pigtails, pale clown make-up, bright red lipstick, and subtle black diamond-shaped designs under her eyes effectively bringing Harley’s signature look to life. Clad in a sleek red and black jester bodysuit ripped from the comics in a believable way, Amanda strikes a pose that is playful yet poised, no doubt a calculated misdirection used to lower her enemy’s guard for a devastating follow-up attack. — Something original Harleen Quinzel would be proud of.
Harley Quinn’s iconic jester look deserves a second live-action chance in the DCU
Amanda does not wear the Harlequin headdress that Harley does in the comics, but her hair still mimics that design. This choice creates an inspired creative freedom that works well in Amanda’s cosplay and does justice to the details of this iconic costume in a completely different way. It may be a while before the DCU finds a new Harley — or better yet, brings back Margot Robbie for the role — but thanks to Amanda (@pixiequinncosplay), it’s clear whoever it is Harley Quinn Next, her jester designs a dress that she must end up wearing.
