Justin Timberlake is expected to take a plea deal after being charged with driving under the influence in Sag Harbor in June, TMZ and the Associated Press reported. The singer will reportedly plead guilty to a lesser charge of impaired driving. According to TMZ, the fine is between $300 and $500.
Timberlake is scheduled to appear in Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on Friday, September 13. The Suffolk County Prosecutor’s Office “expects Mr. Timberlake will make a request,” a rep told Pitchfork.
