Earlier this year, Lana Del Rey suggested she branch out into country music with a new album called: lasso. He then promoted his country conscientiously performing at Stagecoach and releasing the country hit single “Hard“. He gave another update on the project in a recent interview Vogue:. “All of my albums are somewhat rooted in Americana, if it’s not like an album Honeymoon which has a jazzy feel to it, so I don’t think it’s a hard departure,” he told the publication’s Christian Allaire. “If anything, it’s going to be a little bit lighter lyrically, and more heavily into a classic country, Americana, or southern gothic production, which again, a lot of my songs already are.”
Stagecoach takes place on Friday, April 25; Saturday, April 26; and Sunday, Sunday, April 27 at Empire Polo Club. It follows Goldenvoice’s foggy event Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festivalwhich, in 2025on the weekends of April 11-13 and April 18-20.
