NCIS: Origins Star Austin Stowell explains what makes Jethro Gibbs’ version of his iconic character Leroy stand out. in upcoming NCIS: OriginsA spinoff prequel show set in 1991, Stowell will play a younger version of the character, who was famously portrayed by Mark Harmon in the first 19 seasons.
