mastodon and: Lamb of God may have some new material together on September 12th. mastodon I just took to Instagram to post the video below with the text “The flood is coming…and many of you will die” on September 12, 2024 in Roman numerals. Both of them mastodonand Lamb of GodThe names of appear on both sides of the numbers and Lamb of God tagged in the post. As of press time: Lamb of God didn’t share a proper teaser.
So who knows if this is a split or one big joint track, but I guess we’ll find out next week. Personally, I hope so mastodon and: Lamb of God covering each other’s songs Leviathan and: Ashes Of The Wake: – both bands would do the other’s musical justice, and they both just listened to each other play those albums every night on tour. So it’s not like they’re unknown songs.
Lamb of God has been quiet about new material lately, meanwhile mastodon does not have mastodon drummer Bran Taylor said in a recent interview Rock 100.5 The KATT FM “There’s a lot of new material and lots and lots of new stuff. There might be something new coming out really, really soon.” So… maybe September 12th?
