Sean “Deedee” Combs is being sued by a woman who claims he repeatedly drugged and sexually assaulted her, one time leading to her pregnancy and eventual miscarriage, the latest in nearly a year of lawsuits and among the criminal charges against Diddy, who is currently in prison on federal charges; the latest lawsuit was filed earlier this week.
Documents filed today in New York Supreme Court allege that Didi coerced, stalked, drugged and assaulted the plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, several times over a four-year period.She says she met Didi overseas in 2020 In the fall, after he offered to cover her travel to and from her destination, she continued to arrange the trips for a series of follow-up appointments, though the lawsuit alleges Combs would send the drivers before he agreed to travel.[Diddy]and his agents and employees will use coercive and harassing language to compel him to comply,” the lawsuit said.
In April 2022, according to the lawsuit, Diddy “forced Jane Doe to have vaginal intercourse without her consent” at his home. In the same spring, the woman says that she woke up one morning with bruises and bite marks on her legs, not knowing how they got there. The lawsuit describes several instances where he was “forced to ingest an unknown substance,” one of which turned out to be ketamine, causing him to black out and lose consciousness intermittently throughout the night received a pregnancy test, and one of Diddy’s co-workers allegedly called her repeatedly to get an abortion, according to the complaint, and Doo eventually miscarried.
Doe says she didn’t speak to Diddy or his team for “about three months” after the alleged miscarriage, but resumed contact with her in late 2022, at which point he “started making her travel to him and her” and harassing her. “through calls, messages and third parties, until he does.”
“During every visit. [Diddy] would make her “put on a show” for him and douse her with alcohol and substances until she passed out; “This continued until July 2024.” Furthermore, Doe claims that Diddy “and his agents will record sex at her request [her] without his permission.”
Jane Doe is suing Didi for sexual harassment and assault, sexual assault, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, violation of the New York Gender-Based Violence Protection Act, etc. She explains that she is suing Didi under a pseudonym that the musician “caused [her] to fear for his safety.”
Jane Doe is represented by attorneys Joseph L. Ciacho and Marie Napoli, the latter’s lawyer said in a statement to Pitchfork. “Powerful figures in the entertainment industry have long exploited aspiring artists and fans. The latest high-profile lawsuits aim to hold these celebrities accountable, potentially transforming industry practices and ensuring justice for victims. Fame and fortune do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.”
