After the confrontation, Didi held a knife to Parham’s face and threatened to cut him “in response to his earlier statements in the video call,” the lawsuit alleges. Didi allegedly removed Parham’s clothes and doused her in “oil/lube” before vaginally raping her with a TV remote control. According to the complaint, Didi, Pierce and two unidentified men also sexually assaulted Parham.

After the alleged gang rape, Didi forced Parham to take an “unknown pill”. Later, she claims she confronted Diddy about the assault, but the musician responded by offering her money, saying the meeting was consensual and that he was a sex worker. When Parham refused to accept Diddy’s offer, he allegedly told her that “no one would ever believe that she was raped by him and if she told anyone they would hurt her family.”

Parham says she went to multiple police departments to report the alleged rape, but no charges were filed.

Parham’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, had no comment when reached by Pitchfork. Reps for Diddy also offered no comment.

Sean “Diddy” jailed on federal racketeering conspiracy charges. sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty and is due to stand trial on May 5, 2025.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has long been linked to the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur, but he has maintained that he had nothing to do with the murder. A man named Duane “Kefe D” Davis was arrested last year and charged with Shakur’s murder, and remains incarcerated as he awaits a March 2025 trial. Davis, who has pleaded not guilty, claims he offered Deed $1 million to kill Shakur. Shakur’s family has also reportedly hired celebrity attorney Alex Spiro to investigate Diddy’s possible connection to Shakur’s death.
