yesterday Lou: posted a video update on social media (which decrypted Blabbermouth), saying she just finished her fourth round of chemotherapy ahead of her upcoming surgery.

“Hey, everyone. Lou: here” Lou Kohler said in his update. “I just want to give you a quick update. Today was the fourth chemo session, the last of the pre-op chemos. So I have a month until surgery, which is on the 24th of October. So far I’m feeling a little dizzy, some body aches, the same thing that happens all the time.Mm-hmm. You see, I get a bonus every time. I wear it for 24 hours and then they take it off tomorrow. That’s the one that really messes me up. So after tomorrow I’ll be a badass for, like, four or five days. So that’s it.”

“I’m really thankful that you guys sold out the benefit show so quickly,” he continued of the benefit show at Irving Plaza on Nov. 23. “It’s going to be an amazing show, I don’t know I can be there. It depends on how well I recover from the surgery. It will be a good time between the surgery and the show. “Don’t test your immune system in that environment.” What are you going to do?

“But like I said, I’m doing good,” he said at the end of his update. “I got a lot of chemical side effects like numbness in my fingers, hair loss… At least I got my eyebrows.
