Gang of Four have announced a farewell tour for next year. Nearly 50 years after their formation, the English post-punk band will make their final North American appearance next spring. Gang of Four will play their classic 1979 debut album Fun!in full every night, along with some fan favorites and deep cuts from their catalog. Check out the band’s full itinerary below.

Starting on April 20, Gang of Four will kick off their North American farewell tour in Boston before heading across the United States and Canada with stops in major cities such as Toronto, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Seattle and Los Angeles. that track with a May 29 show in San Diego.

“2025 will be the 45th anniversary of the release Fun! in the US and will be our last year as a band. It was great, but everything has to come to an end,” Gang of Four said in a statement. “We want to go out and celebrate with our fans and friends. So on our last US tour we’ll be playing two sets per show, Fun. from beginning to end in the first, and the best of the rest in the second. Come and join, it’s going to be a blast!”

Four years ago, Gang of Four steel frontman and guitarist Andy Gill died of “shortness of breath”. Since then, the band has released three CDs featuring the late Gill; 2020 This heaven is giving me a migraine and: Anti-heroand the long-awaited box set 77-81.
