Who? the band will stop touring for the foreseeable future announced on social media today. “Despite three great shows this summer, it has become clear that touring and performing is taking too much of a toll on Deaner’s mental health,” the band wrote. Schedule: Chocolate and cheese A 30th anniversary show in Philadelphia scheduled for next month will not take place.

Owen announced the tour in January, including several dates that took place the following month. A number of April dates, however, have been cancelled. Dean Winn chimed in statement then, “For most of my life I have been blessed enough to have a career doing what I love most. […] At this point though, I need to step away from live performance to maintain my mental and spiritual well-being and instead focus on myself and loved ones. I know this will be a disappointment and a huge inconvenience to many people who have purchased tickets and made travel plans, and for that I sincerely apologize. I look forward to returning to the stage with the enthusiasm, joy and renewed sense of inspiration that our fans deserve and that I demand of myself when we play live.”

After the three August shows mentioned in today’s announcement, the August 6 show in Seattle has been canceled; the night before they wrote on social networks“We love performing for the best fans in the world and we’re extremely disappointed that we won’t be able to do these shows.”
